SurfMyAds.com, Inc. reserves the right to approve and edit any content or reject any advertisement for any reason at any time. All submitted coupons are subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject any coupon offer. We reserve the right to modify the wording in store description and coupons. We also reserve the right to remove your advertisement and terminate your Coupon Page Account.

Acceptance:

You understand that CouponWinner.com does not accept any websites with illegal, racist, obscene, abusive, or adult content. Any applications from a site that includes such content will be rejected immediately. Only content written in English is accepted. The websites owned by Publishers of any affiliate networks such as Commission Junction, Linkshare, Performics, ShareAsale, Azoogle etc. will not be approved. Affiliate links are not accepted. Any Advertisers with whom we have an existing partnership through various affiliate networks such as Commission Junction, Linkshare, Performics, or ShareAsale cannot apply for this advertising account.

Distributions:

CouponWinner.com does not distribute your coupon offers with any other coupon sites which are not owned by SurfMyAds.com, Inc. You understand and accept that CouponWinner.com doesn’t carry any responsibility of the usage of your coupon codes across other sites online.

Placements:

You understand that the category selection of your featured coupon is subject to approval. Any promotional offers can not be accepted into irrelevant category pages.

Coupons on the Category Placements of CouponWinner.com are sorted by CouponWinner.com Product Team based on specific criteria such as user interests, popularity of the advertiser, the value of a coupon offer, etc. CouponWinner.com does not guarantee that your coupon will have high or low placements on the category pages.

Access:

Upon approval of your Coupon Page account and arrival of your payment, you will be authorized to access the Admin Center “AdCenter” of CouponWinner.com to manage your Coupon Page account. The CouponWinner.com AdCenter is a web-based interface, where you can access and edit your Coupon Page account. You will be able to edit the store description, store URL, coupon description, coupon expiration date, coupon start-date, coupon code, and coupon headline. You will also be able to sort the coupons on your coupon page. You can add and sort the banners as well. You understand that you are limited to uploading 10 coupons and 3 banners to your Coupon Page. You understand that you can not access the HTML of your Coupon Page and you accept that CouponWinner.com reserves the right to make any edits to the HTML of your Coupon Page.

You agree not to use the CouponWinner.com web site or any content therein for any other purpose and that you will not disseminate or distribute any of this information.

Payment:

All fees paid to SurfMyAds.com, Inc. are non-refundable. The pricing rate is subject to change at any time, at our sole discretion.

Reporting:

You agree and accept that CouponWinner.com does not provide you with any reporting such as Click-throughs, Impressions of your Ad etc. CouponWinner.com may share the number of bookmarks to your coupon page with you.

You understand that SurfMyAds.com does not guarantee clicks or sales. You accept that you will not receive any refund in the event your advertisement does not result in clicks or sales.

Account Termination:

We can terminate any coupon page account any time, for any reason. You understand that you have to provide correct information to our users. Store Name, Store Descriptions, URLs, Coupons must include accurate and valid information. If you provide any invalid coupon offers and misleading coupon descriptions, you will receive a notice from us. If you don’t take any actions, your account will be terminated immediately. No refund will be processed. You may terminate this Agreement and your account at anytime, by contacting us via email at AdCenter@SurfMyAds.com. You accept that SurfMyAds.com reserves the right to terminate your coupon page account anytime. Upon termination of your Advertiser account, you will no longer be able to access your Advertiser account in the CouponWinner.com Ad Center.

We will provide all notices to the contact person at the email address identified during the set-up of your coupon page account. You must send all notices to us at AdCenter@SurfMyAds.com, or to the mailing address of SurfMyAds.com, Inc. 800 N. Milpas St., Suite E, Santa Barbara, CA 93103 USA

By accepting this agreement, you warrant that you are 18 years of Age or Older; you have the authority to set up this advertising account on behalf of your company; you have read and understood this agreement. You are agreeing that you are obligated to this agreement.
