From October 15, 2011 to December 7, 2011 Medicare conducts their Annual Enrollment Period. Over 47 million people in the United States are eligible to enroll or make changes to their Medicare benefits during this time. Every day, Ten Thousand baby boomers are turning 65 making them eligible for Medicare benefit enrollment beginning three months prior to, and three months after their 65th birthday.
